Platform: Filoschool

1. Nature of the Products

   All products sold on the Filoschool platform are digital educational materials, including study guides, solved exams, online courses and downloadable resources. No physical items are shipped.

2. Delivery of Digital Products

   Once payment is successfully completed through PayPal, the purchased digital product is delivered automatically. Customers receive access through a download link, email delivery, or access within the Filoschool platform.

3. No Refund Policy

   Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or access has been granted. After download or access to the content, refunds will not be issued.

4. Exceptions

   Refunds may only be granted in the following situations:

- Duplicate payment made by the customer

- Technical error preventing access to the product

- Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction confirmed by PayPal

5. Customer Responsibility
